Returns & Refunds

You can return your TIGR Lock product(s) for any reason for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

To start a return, please email info@tigrlock.com and include your order number, transaction ID, or any other purchase information so we can locate your order.

We will cover return shipping costs for orders shipped from within the United States or Canada.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from tigrlock.com.

If you purchased your TIGR product from an authorized dealer or retailer, their return policy will apply. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Additional Information for Customers in the European Union (EU)

If your order is shipped to a customer within the European Union, you may also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws. This right allows eligible customers to cancel or withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

EU customers may exercise this right by using the withdrawal option available through their order (where available) or by contacting us at info@tigrlock.com within the applicable withdrawal period. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for returning your item and confirm receipt of your withdrawal request.

This statutory EU right of withdrawal applies only to orders shipped to customers within the European Union and does not limit or replace our standard 60-day return policy, which remains available for eligible purchases made directly through tigrlock.com.
