1-year repair or replacement from date of purchase if:

üfFaulty due to the manufacturing and/or assembly process
üThe lock has been used in a reasonable manner for its ordinary purpose
üThe lock has been maintained in a reasonable way including cleaning and lubricating the lock mechanism with lock-mechanism-appropriate lubricants and cleaning products (including WD-40 for example) from time-to-time and/or as needed.

Proof of purchase from an authorized TIGR® Lock seller

Warranty coverage is limited to the Lock’s replacement cost.  All repair and/or replacement is subject to inspection and approval.  Warranty applies exclusively to TIGR branded items purchased from an authorized seller of TIGR Lock.  Warranty does not apply to any TIGR Lock item purchased on any online marketplace from any seller other than TIGR Lock.  Online marketplace examples include, but are not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Walmart.
