TiGr® Lock proudly offers a one-year warranty for all TiGr® Lock items. We build the Locks to last, and we stand behind our products. If you have a question or encounter a problem with the Lock, please email us at info@tigrlock.com and provide the following information:

- Proof of purchase from an authorized TiGr® Lock seller

Warranty Details: Our warranty applies during the first year of use. We will repair or replace the TiGr® Lock if we determine 1) it is faulty due to the manufacturing and/or assembly process and 2) the Lock has been used in a reasonable manner for its ordinary purpose and 3) the lock has been maintained in a reasonable way including cleaning and lubricating the lock mechanism with lock-mechanism-appropriate lubricants and cleaning products (including WD-40 for example) from time-to-time and/or as needed. Warranty coverage is limited to the Lock’s replacement cost. All repair and/or replacement is subject to our inspection and approval. Warranty applies exclusively to TiGr® branded items purchased from an authorized seller of TiGr® Locks. Warranty does not apply to any TiGr® Lock item purchased on any online marketplace from any seller other than TiGr® Lock.
